✂️ APPOINTMENT POLICY

Thank you for choosing DevaStyles HRC. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients and to respect the time reserved for each appointment, the following policies are in place.

Booking Appointments

All appointments are booked online only. Appointments are not accepted over the phone unless:

  • We are making changes to an existing appointment, or

  • You are experiencing a verified technical issue with online booking

A valid card on file is required to book all appointments.

Deposits

Deposits are required in the following situations:

  • Appointments booked 30 days or more in advance

  • Services totaling over $150

Deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward the total cost of your service.

Consultations

Consultation fees are not collected at the time of booking. Payment for consultations is due after the consultation has been completed, on the same day.

Cancellations

We kindly ask that all cancellations be made at least 3 days (72 hours) in advance of your scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 3 days’ notice will result in:

  • Forfeiture of your deposit, or

  • A charge to the card on file if no deposit was collected

This policy allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another client.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling within 3 days (72 hours) of your appointment is treated the same as a late cancellation.

  • Deposits will be forfeited

  • Fees may be charged to the card on file

One courtesy reschedule may be extended once per 12-month period for emergency situations, at our discretion.

No-Shows

Failure to arrive for your appointment without notice is considered a no-show.

  • No-shows are charged 100% of the service price

  • The card on file will be charged accordingly

  • Future booking privileges may be restricted

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

  • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled

  • Service time may be shortened to avoid impacting other appointments

  • Late arrivals may be subject to cancellation and applicable fees

Service Preparation

Clients are expected to arrive with hair prepared as outlined in the service description. If additional preparation is required, additional fees may apply, or the appointment may need to be rescheduled if the service cannot be completed as scheduled.

Payment

The remaining balance for services is due at the time of your appointment. Accepted payment methods are determined at checkout.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with salon policies or whose behavior disrupts the service environment.

Policy Agreement

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Appointment Policy.
