Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-volume launches, pre-orders, or limited releases, processing times may be extended. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method. Once shipped, delivery timelines are determined by the carrier and are outside of our control.

Fragrance Orders

Fragrance orders may ship separately from haircare products. Due to the value of our fragrances, signature confirmation may be required upon delivery.

Incorrect Address & Delays

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Thryvia is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
